The SZVE 2 manual capping machine is used for capping of round packages up to the highest 99 mm standard diameter. In the case of client requests for capping round packages with other (smaller) nominal diameters than 99 mm, it is necessary to specify this in the order. Plates and heads for capping of packages of the required parameters are produced according to the metal sheet package samples and caps received by the client together with the order. The capping machine consists of the stand with an upper part and a table with lever and cap for lifting of the lower plate with a closable metal sheet package. The upper part consists of capping head and gear with an electric motor. The capping head with the upper plate and with fork and finishing pulley is driven by means of a belt pulley. The capping machine is constructed with respect to high reliability, output and price accessibility. The machine is equipped with high quality carbon, tools and stainless steel. The machine can operate in a wet environment provided that parts produced from standard structural steel which cannot be protected by coating, e.g. spraying preventing corrosion, preservation by oil, etc are correctly protected. In the case of consistent compliance with the stated servicing, the capping machine is characterized by minimum demands on the operating maintenance. Due to the small dimensions of 270x400x795 mm and provided output up to 300 pcs/hour, this machine is recommended for small operating units. A significant advantage is also the very easy and safe servicing of the machine. |
The closer is designed for closing of metal packaging of round, oval or rectangular shape. The largest/smallest diameter or diagonal of the closed packaging is 350/99 mm and height 450/50 mm.The machine is assembled from a welded metal frame, lever system with mechanical or pneumatic control, lifting bench, and rotary closing head with shaping pulleys. The advantage of the rotary closing head is that the closed metal packaging stand and do not turn, which prevents the possibility of spraying the closed contents. The machine output is regulated in two modes by changing the position of the V-belts. The machine is suitable for smaller plants thanks to its built-up dimensions 1900x700x1100 mm and performance about 200 to 280 pcs/hr. The very easy operation and while strictly adhering to operating instructions also minimum maintenance are also advantages. |
The gear mill can be used wherever it is necessary to mill, homogenise, or emulsify raw materials containing water, fats or other liquid components. According to the type of milling elements allowing the milling fineness from 40 to 1 um it can serve for milling and homogenisation of boiled meat mixtures, for production of pates and liver creams, spreads and creams and while making delicacies. It is also suitable for preparation of fruit juices and pap, liquors, and cocoa mixtures. It can be advantageously used for preparing cosmetic products, such as creams, face packs, soaps, and liquid powders. The mill can also be used in as special cases as milling of balneologic peat. The machine is of a simple structure consisting of a stand with drive, the milling system, a hopper, and an outlet or head with threaded joint for direct connection. Everything is of a stainless material. A major advantage of the machine are the small space requirements (680x680x1223 mm), modern, hygienic, and economical manner of procession of the raw material, for the mill achieves output 1650 - 7180 kg/hr at the installed input 15 kW. Adjustment of the milling gap can be simply performed at rest and during operation of the machine. Another advantage is the high self-pumping effect and easy maintenance. |

| The carborundum mill serves for milling raw materials containing grease or water and that are possibly aggressive. It is demanding on impurities in the raw material. The principle of the mill consists in the activity of a quickly rotating horizontal milling disk that rotates against the fixed stationary disk at a certain distance. By changing this distance the fineness of milling is changed (down to 3 um) and it is performed while the machine is running. By combining the granularity of the milling disks with high speed of the rotor (2950 rpm) it is possible to achieve perfect emulsifying and milling effectiveness at performance 150 to 1000 kg/hr, which is made possible by a motor with input 22 kW. In case of an interruption of flow of the milled raw material the device is automatically stopped. It can only be started when there is a sufficient gap between the disks. | ![]() Carborundum mill KKM 3n - innovated all-stainless make
|
| The cabinet in which the milling system is placed is a duplicator one and allows for cooling or heating the milled raw material. Components that come into contact with the milled raw material are of stainless materials. The KKM 3n version housing is completely made of stainless materials. The simple structure of the device allows for easy control of the milling process and at the same time maintains high quality of the milled raw material. The space demands are minimum, (LxWxH) 720x980x1700 mm for KKM 3 and 863x783x1567 mm for KKM 3n. Easy maintenance is also an advantage. | ||
The conveyors are produced straight or curved (arch 90° to 180°) according to the requirements of the customers and serve for transport of packaging mostly in the canning and bottling industry. The assembly structure allows for producing conveyors in various widths according to the need of the customer, both single-row and multi-row (double-, three-, four-) for lines with higher performances, with a possibility of rebuilding of railing to another packaging dimensions. Drive and control of the conveyors are designed using frequency changers and computer units, which achieve a high performance and effectiveness of the line complying with the needs of demanding operations. Stainless steel, plastic complements, and controlled lubrication of the plate chains are a guarantee of durability, quiet operation, perfect appearance, and necessity of minimum maintenance. |
